Our Antitrust & Competition department regularly represents our clients before the Restrictive Trade Practices Commissioner (RTP Commissioner) in procedures involving the approvals of mergers, pre-ruling opinions, exemptions for restrictive arrangements and administrative inquiries or criminal investigations initiated by the RTP Commissioner. Our Antitrust & Competition department also represents our clients before the Israeli courts and before the Restrictive Trade Practices Tribunal, in all procedures involving antitrust and competition matters.
